Story

📖 My journey with La Fabrique by CA began when Maria Schools introduced my designer partner and I to Pierre-Marie, CPO of the startup studio. Pierre-Marie was looking for product and design experts to help an internal team to prove a business opportunity they identified within their startup studio.
 
From day one, it was apparent that this wouldn't be just any project; it would require a deep dive into understanding users, the market, and how to position the product effectively.

  • Product Positioning: Collaborated closely with a dedicated designer. Utilized tools like the lean canvas and pitch elevator to refine and articulate our vision.
 
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Worked hand-in-hand with a designer to conceptualize user-centric designs. This involved crafting low-fidelity mock-ups for landing pages tailored to various user personas, suggesting language elements for the value proposition, and outlining user flows and journeys.
